Project Overview
This project highlights the comprehensive execution of a striking Modern architectural design, deeply rooted in crafting a dynamic interplay of volumes and textures.The core objective was seamlessly blending warm, natural materials (brick, wood) with bold, contemporary forms (black cladding, concrete). The main design challenge was integrating these distinct material and massing choices into a cohesive, visually appealing façade.
This was resolved by balancing a black vertical mass with warm textured brick and clean horizontal concrete elements. The final result is a distinctive and elegant residence showcasing a sophisticated material palette and timeless yet unmistakably modern curb appeal.
