Project Overview
This project highlights the comprehensive execution of a bold Modernist elevation, deeply rooted in crafting a sophisticated and commanding presence.The core objective was seamlessly integrating various textures (concrete, dark cladding, wood) while maintaining a unified, clean geometric look. The main design challenge was ensuring the contemporary form remained elegant and inviting, not stark.
This was resolved by using vertical elements, warm wood accents, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The final result is a stunning, two-story home showcasing a prominent cantilevered car porch, clean lines, and a high-end, statement-making family home.
