This project highlights the comprehensive execution of a Contemporary Industrial workspace, deeply rooted in crafting a bold and professional brand statement. The core objective was seamlessly establishing a highly functional yet edgy aesthetic within a 1,600 sq. ft. layout, using an open-plan workstation approach and a sophisticated material palette.
The main design challenge was ensuring the compact structure maintained visual dynamism and transparency while providing private, glass-partitioned offices. This was resolved by using exposed concrete textures, metal accents, and integrated strategic lighting features. The final result is a powerful and unique corporate hub at Askari 1 Tower, showcasing cutting-edge industrial modernity and a strategically light-filled professional environment.
